70% of the inhabitants are over 65, 60% of the families consist of 1 or 2 people, a very low percentage of immigrants.

The buildings are located on the outskirts, in densely populated areas and where there are numerous other social housing buildings. The building constructed in 1951 will be demolished and rebuilt, with the construction of a number from 8 to 10 dwellings.
